I am an academic professional (PhD, Biosciences Finland) with a comprehensive background in education,
research and teaching, ; educational pedagogical studies in Vocational Teacher Education Program (VTEP,
Finland), Islamic Teacher Education Program (ITEP, Canada)) and a business degree in International Business
Acumen (IBA, Finland). I have more than twenty years of academic experience (from European Union and North
America). Most of my research articles are published in International Peer Reviewed Journals of USA, UK and EU
(W-Category HEC, total impact factor 29 ). Education has been my bread and butter since 1997. I have directed
and managed different educational and research projects, with experience in supervising and teaching, teacher
training and Training Of Trainers (TOTs). I also have a know how of the philosophy of education, curriculum
development and the methodology of teaching, learning and assessment. I have directed teacher training and
Training Of Trainers (TOTs) workshops on learning, assessment, student abuse, special students, learning
environments, philosophy of education, guidance and counseling, research and development and specific
training modules during COVID-19 Currently, I am serving at AFAQ as a Deputy Director. I have directed the text
books development based on SNC and I have also directed training modules bench marking Finland and
inculcating character building. I have represented Finland in several international congresses and workshops in
the field of science and education in more than 20 countries including Australia, Japan, Canada, UK, Germany,
France, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Switzerland and Finland. I am multilingual (Urdu, Punjabi, English, Arabic,
Finnish and Swedish and I have excellent ICT skills and command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and
Power Point) and I have used Moodle in teaching and the soft ware Star Soft's Wilma providing the necessary
tools for teachers, students and guardians alike
