The PH IRC has a growing collection of over seven thousands books on public health and related subjects. The IRC Catalogue can be accessed.
Reference Collection: A significant number of current reference sources are available on reference shelves. The collection includes dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks, directories, yearbooks, atlases, bibliographies etc.
Government Documents: The IRC acquires reports published by the Government of Pakistan that are required for the study and research at the Academy. These documents highlight important statistics, annual and five year plans, budget, census reports, economic surveys and other material published by the provincial and federal government agencies.
Reports: The IRC also maintains a collection of reports by the national and international organizations related to public health. These include, World Health Organization, United Nations, Federal Bureau of Statistics, National Institute of Population Studies etc. etc.
The IRC has developed a database of successful theses/dissertations submitted by HSA students. The database is accessible through HSA website.
The PH IRC subscribes to thirteen (13) international journals and receives three national journals that are internationally indexed. In addition to the print version, the IRC has the access to online version of these journals through Athens Log-in.

Ovid Online: In addition to 10 journals subscribed by the Health Services Academy, it provides access to 2826 journals and Ovid Medline – a database of over 18,000,000 records. (Add Link)
SpingerLink: Direct online access to 50,381 books and 2717 journals, 215 e-references, and 26,028 protocols fully indexed and searchable.
