Public Health Law

    Introduction

The field of medico-legal and forensic sciences plays an essential role in the criminal justice system worldwide, and particularly in Pakistan, where the challenges of administering justice are immense.  This program will be crucial in supporting investigators, medico-legal officers, prosecutors, lawyers, and judicial officers, all of whom play a vital role in delivering justice. The PGD aims to equip justice sector stakeholders with the necessary skills to ensure the accurate identification of offenders, the reduction of wrongful convictions, and the improvement of conviction rates, all while addressing systemic inefficiencies.
