IPC Overview
Health Services Academy welcomes you to become an IPC specialist by getting self-paced online Infection Prevention & Control Course

The course curriculum framework and modules have been developed based on worlds best pedagogical practices and by top professionals. Our goal is to ensure that every participant has a productive and engaging experience with the program course work. This course is developed for Healthcare Professionals, Nurses, Doctors, and Infection Control Practitioners. In this course you will learn about Infection Prevention & Control requirements and its implementation in Healthcare settings.
The course consists of two sets of modules, the basic and advance modules. There are 15 modules in this course consisting of Lectures, support material and videos  along with the assessment quizzes. The participant has to complete the quizzes at the end of each module to get the certificate. The passing percentage is 60%.
Every Module's material is divided into different parts i.e. Module is referred as M, Session is referred as S, Video is referred as V, Support Material and Quiz.

The objective of this course is to:

 Infection control prevents or stops the spread of infections in healthcare settings. This site includes an overview of how infections spread, ways to prevent the spread of infections, and more detailed recommendations by type of healthcare setting.
